Shuford Printing does not accept returns for custom printed products.
Exchanges and replacements are permitted only under the following circumstances:
- Damage to the product itself during printing or shipping
- Incorrect product received
We do not allow exchanges or replacements due to spelling mistakes, color variations, inaccurate cut marks, or any other reasons related to the design or artwork. Designs are 100% the responsibility of the customer. We do not ever spellcheck or verify information or color accuracy of the designs that have been uploaded by the customer and guarantee the product will be printed exactly as uploaded.
